Registration

Registration is now closed.

To participate in the EWGMCDA101, registration is required. Registration is free, however, a fee applies if you wish to attend the optional Gala Dinner and/or the social excursion to York. 

Registration cost breakdown:

  • Registration Fee: £0
  • Gala Dinner: £50 (optional)
  • Social Excursion to York: £30 (optional)

Important: Registration fees are non‑refundable. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Accessibility Information 

The Maurice Keyworth Building is fully accessible, with level access throughout. Rooms are equipped with hearing support systems, including infrared transmitters and induction loop systems.

Photography Notice

Photography may take place during the event. Images may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including on the University’s website, social media channels and other communications materials. 

If you would prefer not to be photographed, please email [email protected] in advance or speak to a member of the organising team on the day.

Visa Letter

Delegates requiring a visa to attend the conference may request an Invitation to Attend Visa Letter to support their application.

Please email [email protected] with the following information. Once completed, we will be happy to issue an official invitation letter.

To create the letter, we require the following information:

  • Full name (as it appears on your passport)
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Passport Number
  • Residential Address
  • EWGMCDA Registration Number

We encourage all international delegates to apply at the earliest opportunity to allow sufficient time for visa processing.
